Acornsoft, IDEATEC, and Astron Security announced on the 26th that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand their cloud-native joint business.
Through this agreement, the three companies plan to jointly pursue the expansion of cloud-native-related businesses. Key areas of cooperation include ▼ Joint development of cloud-native technologies▼ Mutual service sales and distribution ▼ Identification and support of domestic and international collaboration opportunities.
Acornsoft is the provider of Cocktail Cloud, a container-based cloud-native platform that supports continuous development, deployment, and operation of applications. The company supports successful transitions to cloud-native environments for both government and businesses and continues to expand its adoption in both the private and public sectors.
Recently, Acornsoft completed the integration and verification of Cocktail Cloud with the new version 4.2 of the e-Government Standard Framework, the basis for public informatization projects developed by the National Information Society Agency (NIA). This integration is expected to accelerate the adoption of cloud-native solutions in the public sector.
IDEATEC is a company that offers an iPaaS integrated connectivity platform supporting both on-premises and cloud environments. It provides an API gateway solution and an API automatic generation and integration platform, ensuring stable services across various business sectors even during high traffic inflows.
Astron Security, the first company in Korea to launch a cloud-native security solution,
integrates key cloud security functions such as CSPM, CIEM, and CWPP. It focuses on enhancing container and runtime security through advanced CWPP features, targeting various sectors, including public, financial, and defense.
This MOU was established to leverage the strengths of each company’s solutions and services, enabling rapid response to the fast-changing cloud-native market and creating mutual synergies. The three companies plan to take this agreement as a first step in building a cloud-native ecosystem, expanding human exchanges, and pursuing business diversification through technology integration and enhancement.
